A few Macro photographs

Post by Horus »

A few macro pictures that I took yesterday using a cheap light tent setup to illuminate the shells.
The average shell size is about 60mm (or 2-3/8 inches) long, so they are quite small. I added a frame to each one using PSP.

Very nice pics of your shells :)

I have a bedside lamp made with a shell like the one in your 3rd pic but is the colour of the first 2, very nice when lit :)

Love the 3rd photo best. I think the small embellishments really add to the photo and set it off. Nice shells too H!
