Re: HORUS ....HELP
Mmm, difficult one to solve at a distance, so lets look at a few things:
1. I am assuming that your printer is suitable for printing photographs? ie. it includes the word 'photo' somewhere in it's name.
2. If so, then in your printer programme you should have some options to choose the type of paper the printer is using, have you set this correctly? It is usually found in the printer setup part before you actually start printing, often there are lots of tabs you can click to choose orientation, paper sizes, and other things to do with printing.
3. You should have the option of choosing either a Glossy or a Matt paper, if you do not choose the correct photo paper then the ink will run.
Some questions:
What make of printer?
What make of photographic paper?
Does a normal (plain paper) print appear clear and the correct colours?

Re: HORUS ....HELP
Horus, Can you give me any idea why my mouse keeps freezing
the only way I get it to work again is when I reboot my computer
I was just online 5 mins and it froze this morning, I've now changed it to a USB port at front of computer, I wait to see how long it last there.

Re: HORUS ....HELP
Kiya, are you using Windows 10?
It is most likely a driver problem of some kind or it could be a flat battery if it is battery powered
what sort of mouse is it?

Re: HORUS ....HELP
It is a mikomi optical, I've had it for ages, its been ok so far since putting it in USB at front and since my first post above.
I'm still using Windows 7.
Another thing how can I view full page in "print preview" I only get top right hand corner?
Sorry for being a pest.

Re: HORUS ....HELP
It does seem to be a problem with the mouse driver, you could try shutting down your PC and replacing the plug into your old PC outlet and see if it behaves any better when you re-boot.
There are lots of settings you can change in the print preview menu, are you trying to print text or an image? It may be that you are viewing at over 100% or that you have just a small section selected for printing, look to see if you have an option to 'fit to screen' or 'scale to paper size' or some other option that is saying you want to see all of the print, maybe it says print at 100% or something similar in your options

Re: HORUS ....HELP
There are usually lots of options especially on a colour printer that can do photos, so you have to go through all the drop down menus to know how it fully works, it is worth just clicking through them and seeing all the options that you have.
