Horus, I know you have spent time making your caravan comfortable for you and Annie but I found this on another forum that I visit and thought you might be interested.
This is an 8 foot x 5 foot cargo trailor that a lady in the US has converted to a small one bed van. I don't think I would find it very comfortable but I admire her ingenuity.
The lady says she is short so the couch/bed suits her. She sometimes goes alone or if her husband comes along too, he sleeps on a mattress in a tent.
OMG - I'd be TOTALLY claustrophobic in that. I'd have to sleep with the doors open otherwise it would NEVER work for me. I love camping but that would be just a bit too cramped for me. Great idea and great ingenuity but ???
