I see that most of us have been keeping a weather eye open on the blue side today! All apart from Grandad and Kiya! Where have you two been?

So, Kiya, I went to see the blue side and wasted 4 minutes of my life reading a load of crap.

I always visit the Blue side several times every day although I rarely if ever post on there. I must confess that I find most of what goes on pretty boring and predictable, but the amount of back biting is so predictable and constant from some quarters, I really don't know how Keefy copes with it all.

I think the Blue is hilarious! NOBODY gossips EVER. NOBODY says POOP even if they have the proverbial mouthful BUT somehow the WORD gets spread faster than butter on a slice of bread with a dull knife.

Everybody feigns righteous indignation that anybody should even mention them in passing yet somehow the most personal tidbits of their lives are known by all. NOW how does this happen to happen IF said person does say something to somebody about themselves in the first place!!!???

Nobody will admit at all to gossiping at all BUT everybody wants to KNOW every TIDBIT about everybody else and are then FURIOUS if NAMED in relation to talk cause somebody said something that somebody saw that somebody did that somebody thought and on and on and on.



Keefy opening it up to everybody to get it off their chest has also given everybody cause to now suspect every other person of everything!! Again hilarious!!

Personally I/we benefited cause Keefy has now given us the benefit of being able to post FIVE photos at a crack! Slogging away with 3 was my only gripe but had I thought starting a juicy piece of gossip would have gotten us this months ago - well - I missed my chance!

So - WHO is the guilty party? WHO should be tarred and feathered so saying what is probably totally obvious to everybody anyway?

Good you went to see for yourself Kiya, told you so .. haaa haaaaaa LLL has put it perfectly and yes, mostly I find it very amusing. Living here on the farm I dont see many people and this gives me an insight into the lunatic world of Luxor. We have a lot of ex-pats here but I have never been interested in their doings - -

I very seldom look in on the Blue. I did look in the other day to read Robbos' post about her recent trip to Luxor after it had been refereed to on this forum. I found Robbos' post interesting and informative but of course there was the inevitable bleet from 'you know who' claiming that if that member had posted a similar report it would not have received the same friendly response as Robbo (or words to that effect, can't be bothered to check )

I have just come from the blue side and sat here howling laughing at IP's video. With regards to the comments about my post Grandad, I do think its how you word it that matters. I didnt moan about litter (although as usual the back streets were filthy) or narrowly escape death due to a new speed bump (although my driver didnt see it either and we all clattered our teeth as we shot over it). Had I just moaned I am sure I would have had some crap thrown at me, but I tried to keep it well balanced and informative. At the end of the day though, they were just my opinions and not set in stone events that I posted. Some people on the blue side just dont seem happy unless they have found a new negative to whinge about
