Wearing RED today

Today was a day we were all supposed to wear RED to support efforts against Heart Disease.

I put on a red sweater to show my support. Some organizations I feel I do need to support. Heart Disease happens to be one of them. Breast and colon cancers are two other diseases I try and support and donate to.

Did you wear RED today to support Heart Disease?

Yes, I have a red teeshirt on, 3rd layer down. next one up is green (ecowarrior) and the top one is lilac, with little golfers and trees and balls cleverly knitted in a raised pattern (supporting a charity bootsale) then my big puffy black coat as its not too warm in here - that would be from the bootsale too.

I was kinda wearing the same - had on a long sleeved green t-shirt under my brown jumper but more just to keep warm that to really celebrate. It is so cold here right now that I'm not cracking open 1 button on my coat to show anything I'm wearing underneath and it is also so cold with ice and snow I'm not particularly even heading outside!

I do support the efforts re: heart disease and overall I think it is a good idea but as all the different diseases are now adopting colours I think to keep up one has to have an entire wardrobe in almost all colours of the rainbow!
