Summer - real summer (although Grandad seems to be experiencing a fall back to winter) is just around the corner.
Any yearly plans happening? Anything that is an annual event that you'll be going to?
Here in the next month or so all the different festivals start. There will be towards the end of the month Aboriginal Day which, if the weather is good, I'll be strolling down to the park to see. Lots of dancing and traditional displays. Love the music particularly the drumming. We also have the annual sand castle building events that happen in the next town. Always lots of events here in summer.
Anything happening in your area you're looking forward to?
I would really like to go to the UK. The Bath and West Show ( if they still have it ?) The theatre in Bristol and the after drink in the bar where the actors go. Visit the wildlife parks with a friend and her small kids. Wookey Hole, the Cheddar Cheese shops and the giant boot sale - - . I could go be a tourist here but never seem to get round to it - - -
Sitting in the very welcome sunshine,in the 'back yard' this afternoon, everything was looking green and new, at last, and I was reminded of Frank Loesser's song, Spring Will Be A Little Late This...

I'm never bored hearing about the foxes so feel free to comment about them anytime. Those are definitely quite comparison photos Grandad - wow! Definitely was a runt or not doing too well at all....
My original thread is about 18 months old so I thought it is time to start afresh, not least because I anticipate some keen competition from LLL in her new abode.
For my squirrels it is...
