It hasn't been the right weather for going out & about so just been taking pics from my window, anything really that takes my fancy.

Oil ship been berthed here for a few days now


Local small fishing starting to come out again

Looks like summer,lovely blue sea. Very busy around you, Kiya. Where is The Bench? Is that it with the mower?

Nice to see you getting your camera out Kiya I bet you are just looking at those helicopters in the hope of spotting Roy . The fishing boat splashing through the White Caps looks good and I see they are keeping your bench area nice and tidy for you, you will soon be having a picnic on that grass and chasing all those Seagulls away.

And St.Fergus gas terminal to the left of the lighthouse where our Horus may have fixed any of the power transformers

It wouldn't have been the first time Roy has flown overhead, he always spots our house from a distance with his carport.

I forgot to mention these photos are all taken with my long lens hand held, sometimes I rest the camera on the window frame but, not when taken the choppers.

Kiya have you thought of getting yourself a MonoPod to steady your camera on a zoom shot? They are really cheap on the likes of Amazon, I even have one that is a walking stick with a thread on the handle to attach to the camera, then you just extend it to a suitable height if you use it as a MonoPod.

Lovely photos! I like the seagulls and I like the last one of the ship heading home. Pretty choppy water out there.

Nice set of pictures Kiya Glad the bench is still there......one day you WILL look out of your window and we will be sitting there.

I like the first two of the service vessel. Looks a really cool ship sprecially designed for its purpose and a fast looking hull. The first fishing boat is similar to those around our coast.....but the big one wouldn't even get into Whitstable harbour.
