Asthma, a very annoying condition.

Post by Jayway »

I have had asthma all my life. They assured me I would grow out of it but I never managed to grow up according to my friends. I moved to a better climate in the Algarve but wintertime and the rain made me ill again and into drug addict, sucking on pumps daily. October has been torrential downpours, foggy mornings that usually stop me breathing. In September I fell for an advertisement, bought a SALT PIPE, about 28GB. I have been using this half an hour every evening and I CANNOT BELIEVE THE CHANGE. I wake up NOT wheezing, I can exit the house with 7 bowls of catfood in the early morning and not struggle to breathe, have cut my drugs 50% and feel so much better. Have written to my GB friend asking her to buy another (its ceramic and I am accident prone) . . . . so if anyone has relatives with asthma please pass this info on to them . . . must go for a run with the dogs now ...

They sound wonderful but I've never heard of them before. Personally I do not have asthma but know people who do and sometimes during times of weather change or what they call 'heavy weather' (fog) they have a real difficult time breathing.

Do you have a photo? or a URL that shows this pot? If it works it would/could be a real God spend to some....

On another note good to know you're up and about and you've had that much improvement. That is terrific!

(I know that one of my great discoveries was that of a Nettie Pot! ;) Works wonderful and really helps with the sinus and I kinda wonder if we're talking the same thing? Nettie Pots are for flushing out your sinus and can work wonders if you have a sinus infection and need to flush a saline solution through)

Some people travel to Romania and Ukraine to sit in the disused underground salt mines for hours to improve their breathing. Of course this is a business and expensive. So when I saw the advert from "contactus.agorahealth.co.uk" for a (guaranteed money back) ceramic little handheld bulbous pipe filled with ancient salt (halite salt crystals formed in the middle ages) I thought what a load of rubbish and asked my friend to buy it for me . This Agora Heath has a messy website (google) and is in USA too. I am so pleased with this pipe, supposed to last for 5 years and easy to use, breathe in through your mouth and exhale through your nose, like a snorkel ! :shark: Me, a lot faster lately -
