NOT LOOKING GOOD.......

Been watching the airsea rescue chopper searching along the sea shore all morning then the land rescue appear............I really hope this is not a sad ending.

the land rescue is here now & looking out with binocular's

then two of them go looking along the coast

I'm not sure yet what has happened but it's not looking good

Yes I like the close up of chopper if only it was better circumstances.
Listening to the local news it seems a young man of 22 yrs was last seen at around 4.00 am this morning on the Northlink ferry returning from Shetland to Aberdeen.
The search is more around the Peterhead coast with many boats helping in the search, the ferry was also 5 hrs late reaching Aberdeen as it sailed back searching for the man.
Sadly around here I don't hold much hope for the man being found alive.

Great photos - but - not so good subject matter it being a rescue and all. Hopefully the rescue will be successful and happy out come.

No news yet, I've heard of folks lost in these waters to turn up on rocks months later , sadly some are never seen again.
