Finally!! I've managed to log in!

Hello Mr Keefy, Sir!
I've discovered the only way I can actually get into either here or the other side is to sneak round and find a topic in my history, click on it and then press the log in button and then wander off to the home page.
If I try and do it in reverse and start at the beginning, logging in can take me an absolute eternity - hence my absense from over here as it's just been too painful sitting watching the page loading swirly circle every time.

I've done all the usuals, cleared everything, reset everything, cleaned everything, but just trying to get in both forums absolutely cripples me.
I've changed browsers, changed computers and still the same.

Dear Fed Up in Alex, nice to see you over here again, we have missed your little yellow bird flitting around, how are the kiddie-winks, keeping you busy no doubt?
Not sure why you are having such problems, we have had a bit of a slow site lately, but that seems to be sorted now, perhaps Keefy can have a look. Is it perhaps that you have a lousy internet service where you are or are you using a dongle and it keeps dropping out ( just realised how rude that sounds) I will re-phrase that, is your connection constantly re-connecting itself because of a poor internet service?

and nope ...I've currently got 5 tabs open in my browser, everything else loads instantly (well, instantly for TEData) ...but this site and the other one just keep on loading, loading and then loading some more until I get fed up and press refresh and so on ad infinitum.

and yep .....kiddlers are bloody exhausting things are they not?!

Ive changed the security settings a bit a few days ago so maybe that's fixed the logging in problem. if anyone else is having problems then empty your cookies and temp internet folder to remove the old files, then try to login again.
