Most of the bathrooms were outside under thatched roofs. Between the men and women's area there was a long sink with several faucets you could turn off and on when washing hands. This area was shared by both men and women.
This bathroom "mirror" actually worked quite well, and again had to be shared by both men and women.
In know in public parks and bathrooms around here lots of the mirrors are shiney metal which give a worse reflection than this. The maintenance crews have turned to metal as glass mirrors are usually broken and vandalized. Shame but true.
I thought these were really novel and quite a good idea actually.
