I have just posted another method for making Stained Glass, it follows on from your original exercise and uses the same file and this will now give you several ways of producing the same effect.
I will make this the last tutorial for now as there are only a couple of people involved and I think you are both up to speed and hopefully yourselves and a few others will now have a better grasp of some of the basics involved in using Photoshop and some of the mysteries have been cleared up for you.
I will occasionally post the odd picture of something new I have had a play around with, just to inspire you on to greater things, but in the meanwhile you all have my email address if you get stuck with anything, or ask it in the discussions thread.

Thanks H - I'm still keeping an eye on the tutorials but not been able to spend any time on them - Drs, hospitals and work getting in the way. Also Keefy has lent me a copy of another programme and I haven't installed it yet.
