So we're in the grips of a super cold weather front so much snow the City has now opened "Warming shelters" throughout the day at both the Salvation Army Center and a place called the 7-10 Club which is where free breakfasts are handed out.
I'm in from shoveling everything off for the 5th? 6th? 7th? time. Lost count however because it is still so cold the snow is light and fluffy so extremely easy to move. Once we get back up to around freezing & melting the snow will turn to slush and will weight down terribly.
Granted it is still snowing so I now have no idea how much snow we've had - 10 - 12" or so.
Proud of myself for remembering to brush the snow off the solar lights so I'm still getting 'lights' outside.
When I cleared the back deck around 8am the hummers were happily buzzing me waiting for me to put their feeder out. Will swap it around noon as the one out there now will be starting to freeze.
