Stepping down

OK guys and gals I have decided to step down as Admin/Moderator on all of the L4U forums. If you want to read a fuller explanation then please pop over to the blue side for a fuller post on the matter. It was not an easy decison to make and I thought long and hard on the subject before making my decision. It has been a tiresome task especially over on the Blue side where I often find that support for me is severely lacking, especially when posts intended to attack me are supported by members from other forums. This will be my last post and I wish you all well for the future.

I think you've had a thankless task and have done extremely well by all of us for a long time but I sure hope you continue to post as a poster. I'll miss you.

What a shock to wake up to this news! Well, I wish you well, too, Horus, and thanks for all the sterling work you have done in very difficult circumstances sometimes. I will miss you too, because this will be the death of Egypt4U! It might limp along for a while but ultimately it will die. That will be sad, but I've seen it happen to a lot of other forums so I don't hold out much hope for this one.

Sad news H, but completely understandable. Thanks for all the hard work both here and on L4U, I think we can all appreciate what is involved in moderating a forum and you have done a sterling job. I hope that we can keep in touch occasionally especially if I need advice about visiting your part of the world.

Well, if we really won't be seeing Horus (Tez to those who know him more personally) on here at all in the future I am finding that hard to get my head around, because, he has been such a key figure on the forum.
As RS has suggested, does this spell the end of the forum? If so, where can we all go and play in the future?????
