Bright Lights in the Sky

Any news there in the UK about the pilots on a flight Montreal to London who saw and reported bright extremely fast moving light (like mach 2) near them?
The question is "What did the pilots actually see?" Do you think anybody is actually investigating?
UFO?
This is on the news here but the theory is that it is/was "dust" entering earths atmosphere.
Are there space aliens? Do you think they're actually visiting us?
