Well things can only get better, even if you live in the Lake District of Cumbria and are flooded out by 14 inches of rain having fallen in 24 hours, there is good news on the horizon. The roads may be impassable, the rail links flooded, so in all probability you cannot get to work and if you can then it may be flooded out and you will have to go home again, but fear not, Mr Camoron is coming to visit you! Just how does he manage it when no one else can get about, Oh let me guess, he will come in by helicopter and the water will subside, a bit like Moses really.

We're getting non-stop rain here and flooding but the Politicians don't care - 'yet' as nothing bad has really happened. Am sure once it does they'll hover overhead, peer down and then make their grandiose proclamations. IF they really wanted to help they'd be there filling sandbags.
