Christmas Cookin'

Since we're just a little better than a month out 'til "THE DAY" ho ho ho and all that Christmasy frivolity - has anybody started Christmas baking? Does anybody DO Christmas baking?
And - if anybody does do Christmas baking are there any super simple recipes that look fantastic, taste wonderful and smell to die for that you can share?
Looking for recipes that look like I've slaved away all day (but really only put in a few minutes of effort with) OR is that cheating?
