Well, I've been here in Ibiza nearly 4 weeks and the plan was that I would post details of my trip with some pictures of the island I love.

However, when I arrived I found my daughter starting a fluey cold, which quickly spread to he son and I. The last three weeks I think it is fair to say that we have endured rather than enjoyed. Although we are starting to feel much better on the whole, we are still coughing and sneezing and longing for bed-time.

None the less such trials are so much easier to bear in the company of loved ones, and in a warm climate. I'm very lucky to be here.

I still have a few days, but if I don't get out and about then I'll use some pics I've taken on previous visits.

Definitely would love to see some photos of the trip!

And - that is too bad about getting a cold and all the sneezin' coughin' hackin' and yuck that goes with it. Just seems to be that time of year though when the germs mount attacks against us all. All the grandkids have taken their first turn at getting sick this fall one by one. They shared with their dad first then their mom but so far Grandma (me) has escaped their generous GIFT of flu & cold.

Oh, what bad luck, hope you are squeezing kilos of oranges, flood your system out with vitamin c. Thats what I do as colds and flu land me in hospital. Never seen Ibiza, only the drunks on the tv, so will be very interested to see your photos MD . . Its been 22/26 here, how warm are you there? Are you laying outside in the sunshine or are you in town ? In a hotel or a villa? Looking forward to some photos ...
