I have bought insurance for my car for one year as normal. I didnt put my specs on in the office but did on arrival home. My policy runs from 18-06-2015 to , wait for it - - - - 31-05 2016. WHAT ? ? ? Why have they stolen 17 days ? Now I have to go back to the office and scream at them, cheats liars and this is clear fraud. GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR

That does seen a bit strange, they don't do insurances on a per month basis do they?

No idea, I have always had a year and get "the letter" when its due . . . What has annoyed me even more is that I cannot get thro to the insurers head office, Allianz in Lisbon, the address (email) just turns red and doesnt send . .

Our insurance here goes to exactly 1 year and we get a year/month plus day sticker to install on the licence plate. Why your year is 17 days shorter than anybody elses year ???

Today I AM MORE ANGRY. Everyone I have mailed says this is wrong, I am waiting for "the man" to come with a new battery for my car as the old one has now died. My insurance usually runs to the day before it should so I am used to that bit of corruption but 17 days »»» NO NO NO

Jay the usual reason an email address turns red is that the email address which you are trying to send the mail to is incorrect, or is inactive, or it does not exists at all. Make sure that you have put the address in exactly.

Horus - now the catchpa on the form has nowhere to put it, this lot are really secure from complaints. HUH. I shall go to the agency in town but as it was still 35* at 7 pm yesterday and today is hotter right now, I dont intend to cook myself, it can wait, not going away , I have the papers.
