It would be nice to have some company Kiya, we could hunt for fossils together near Lyme Regis while Annie chased the crabs around  Ooh I nearly forgot, visit Dawnton Abbey on the way there (High Clere Castle), you could pretend to be Lady Mary Crawley and I could be that butler bloke.

It is a lovely place, I will pass it on my way down to the cottage, it is about a 4 hour drive away for me, so add on the distance from you to me and it would be a long way to travel otherwise you would be most welcome just so long as you brought some cake with you :D

Horus.....Yep it would be a very long way down & am afraid cake would all be eating before I reached you :)

Grandad ...You would have enjoyed these cross buns, while baking the the aroma of the spices around my house was divine :)

LLL I've no worries of piling on the pounds ;) whatever I bake I always have a little bit just to make sure its ok then the rest is gobbled up by family & friends.

My enjoyment is in the making :)

I admire women who enjoy baking.

My early days of canning was preparing, cooking, pickling, canning enough for days on end to let us live through the winter.

Now I'm happy to walk out to a store that carries seasonal fruit and buy what I need! :) BUT I really do love home baking :) :eat :eat :eat
