My first time trying to decorate a cake with Royal Icing with the help of my brother David a baker to trade from his early years.

I made the icing myself & did most of the decorating you can see I'm not a trained baker as he is

Inside there is a whirl of milk & white chocolate

Well to me that looks very professional and absolutely delicious

Definitely a beautiful showy cake - good enough to eat!!!
