Just reading the news about the terrorist attack in Pakistan on the airport. Definitely a step UP in the terror tactics being used. While the news is indicating the terrorists didn't seem to be particularly organized it did indicate they definitely were bringing in enough supplies to last out a while if the fighting continued. That they were also paired up is another indication they seem to be getting more organized and more able to target specific objectives.

Thank heavens they didn't manage to actually HIT any of the passenger airplanes but it must have been more than terrifying to any tourists or passengers coming/going or just at the airport.

Definitely hope this was not a dry run for things to come but it does seem to me, of late, the tactics seem to be escalating. Wonder how long before the terrorists decide to take on Egypt? And just the fact that strikes are becoming more frequent and violent gives me pause to think about even going close to anywhere in the Middle East.

Pakistan has and always will be a breeding ground for Islamic extremists, that is why the UK has so many home grown radicalised young men eager to get involved in such acts abroad and in the UK and why we should keep a close eye on their mosques who often import these preachers of hate into our country to propagate their distorted brand of religion.
