I do Ebay and have an account. Yesterday I got an email from Ebay saying that late March they were hacked and personal information possibly compromised. They are requesting everybody IMMEDIATELY CHANGE THEIR PASSWORD.
I don't know if the UK Ebay cyber info is stored same as the USA cyber Ebay info but thought I'd pass along the suggestion to immediately change your password.
When I log onto Ebay now there is a big ALERT on the homepage advising and asking everybody to change their password so if you're not getting this then maybe you're safe but 'an ounce of prevention is worth........?'

The Ebay warning is pretty general LLL, everyone should change their password just to be sure.

Not sure why it took them so long but that definitely crossed my mind when I got the special email letter telling me that their site was hacked March 22nd and now they are alerting everybody to change passwords RIGHT NOW! Geeezzzzzzzzzzz..........
Why not let us know lots sooner. Would have made me feel better than knowing something MIGHT have all my stuff from the past couple of months.
