Cucumber, new recipe !

Now the cucumbers are flourishing, what to do with them? I like slushies, I freeze lots of orange and tangerine for summer - it gets really hot here. So, take two small pots natural yoghurt, (keep pots) tip into jug. Add half teaspn salt, sprinkle of black pepper, half teaspn ginger powder, tablespn honey. Peel and seed the cue,chop. Put into the jug,stir a bit, and plug the whizzer in and quickly mix, not too long or it will separate. Leave in the fridge for at least an hour, then stir, fill your empty pots,cover with tinfoil and freeze. Makes a nice sorbet to eat with a spoon whilst its still hard.You can put any spices you like in, I like ginger.
