I have found just lately that when I click on the little 'go to last post' icon the program takes me to the top post on the last page of that thread.

I also find that when I add a post to a thread it again takes me to the top post on the last page of the thread, and not the post that I have just added.

Hope you understand what I mean but is anyone else finding the same problem....it's a little annoying because you have to scroll down every time?????

Thanks Kiya. I have just tried on the tablet and all seems normal? I will now restore my computer to an earlier date to see if that solves the problem.

That seems to have sorted it, I restored back 1 week and when it re-booted I got a message that 'The computer has recovered from a serious error' message. Clever things these computers, they sort out their own problems.

I just got back to this, I had an unexpected visitor after my first post to you Grandad.

I opened an old post, one with a few pages, clicked on the last page, when it opened it took me to top of that page & I had to scroll down to read most recent post, that happens all the time with me

Kiya, I was referring to the little icon of a page with the corner turned down which, if you hover your mouse pointer over it, will open a box with 'open latest post' in it. It is there to direct you to the latest post of a thread and that was giving me a problem. However that is all sorted now with the 'system restore' so I must have had a conflict somewhere in the software.....

Ooh, I always wondered about that, but never thought of putting my "mouse" over it. Ta! I will now go and explore the one under thread topics.
