Decisions Choices - What to do & Where to go??

Since this is day #1 of my retirement I slept in 'til the crack of 6:30am (which is later than usual IF I had to get up and head to the 'old grind'), haven't gotten dressed yet (9:30am) but have had 3 cups of coffee and been mulling the next step.
Have to admit there is a part of me that is a bit 'anxious' as to the loss of work lifestyle as working is how I've defined myself since forever and my work has taken up, impacted and affected a huge chunk of my life. Whatever am I going to do with all this 'free' time??
In thinking on this line - this, of course, has immediately come to mind - TRAVEL! Where in the world do I go and which direction do I head off in first???
Where was your FIRST trip after you finally pulled the plug? OR where do you want to go once you do retire?

but often some other family issues will put a bit of a brake on that, so sometimes you are not quite as free as you may think you are.
