Just before the cat jumps to the right you can see the pavement, so I reckon it only 1 floor high.

Ive seen a cat jump of the 5th floor in Luxor, then calmly walk off, If anyone needed any medical assistance, it was me, I was in shock

I keep imagining a little parachute pack on its back like those base jumpers wear.

Have you ever watched on the animal channels in slo-mo how cats can turn right in mid-air and still land on their feet? Terrifically agile.
