Sad to hear that Davy Jones of The Monkeys fame has died in Florida, apparently of a heart attack. Although a manufactured group for a TV series they did make some memorable songs, so here a few, RIP Davy.

Yes so sad, he was my favourite of the group, RIP Davy.

They had a half hour TV show that I used to be able to watch early evenings. Was one of my favourites when I was a teenager. RIP!

We were watching a programme on TV just the other day and he was one of the main contributors. So sad!
