Welcome to the new style forum...

Of course there is going to be some problems which I hope you can help me with, if you encounter any problems with any of the forums, Arcade, Gallery please report it.

With the Forum, I know Moderators and Forum Admin are showing colour groups instead of the assigned mod colour (Yellow) and Forum Admin colour (Green) but they are still moderators etc, im trying to solve this colour problem.

In the user control panel you cant add friends (to use with the chat bar at the bottom of the screen (you can add foes though, once again im sorting this.

In the arcade you cant rate or add to your favourites, im working on this too.

Anymore problems, please let me knwo.

EDIT: I forgot to say, I lost the forum ranks graphics, so we are having to use the blue ones for now till I redo them.

Also many old post will have thigs missing like photos, I will go through them day by day and point them to the new url to make them show again, other things like flash signaturs will just show some code till I fix them to the right format.

May I be the first to congratulate you Keefy and to thank you for all the effort you have put in and of course a big welcome back to all the members who hopefully will like and enjoy the new style forum.

I should go to bed, ive got pains in my chest from too many cigarettes, im gonna give it another hour, some more permissions need sorting out, I will leave the rest till I get up.

Just another quick note on looking for new posts etc.

Under the Egypt4u Logo you will see a box called Options click this...


View New Posts will display the threads which have had any new posts added to them since your last visit, sorted chronologically based on the timestamp of the last post in each thread.

View Active Topics will display threads which have had new posts added to them during a user-specified time period (defaults to 7 days), sorted chronologically based on the timestamp of the last post in each thread.

Well done and thanks to you Keefy for all your hard work in getting the new format up and running. As a screen presenation I think it looks superb and very very professional. : And so far no probs....

But for goodness sake Keith GIVE UP THE WEEDS. Chew gum or suck sweets but DO something to extend your longevity. And that is from a concerned forum friend......

Heck Keefy - looks really good - just got to sort out where everything is now

Best to just click on the 'OPTIONS' box at the top (just below the E4U logo) then choose 'New Posts' from the drop down menu. After that it is very much like before, but with some nice new features added.

Just one query, and of course, it could just be me - what happened to the game of the month - I was actually winning, which is a first for me
