Bucket List
Watched the movie Bucket List. It was pretty good. Seriously I think it actually is a good concept to make a list of everything you want to do before you pass.
Seems easy but am finding it kinda hard, for me anyway, to figure out things I want to do other then travel. I can come up with a list of places I want to so but am rather stuck on what else I want to do....
Anybody got suggestions? Ideas? Want to share what is on your own bucket list?

I like this movie, ive seen it a couple of times, its funny, but other than go and see things i guess i havent dreamt up a " Bucket List " of my own, but how typical is that for a woman, we spend most of our time looking after the home, and the family, we dont often stop to think of the many things WE might like do we.
One thing i would like to do apart from travel ( it does involve travel though ), i would like to stand on top of Kilimanjaro, and view the planes from high, i could never climb it so i would ahve to be airlifted up there.
I want to swim with Dolphin's again, and i would like to go down in a Shark cage to watch those fiercesome creatures in thier own habitat................who knows maybe some day i will
Not sure how the Kilimanjaro thing would work though

You get out of life what you are prepared to put in!

Honestly Chris, you wouldn't want to stand on the top of Kili.
I attempted the climb for my 40th birthday, plan was to be at the summit for sunrise of my 40th. Unfortunately our guide cocked up the days so we reached 'base camp' 24 hours early. I also got altitude sickness about 1000ft from the top.
After the second day (and we were on there 8 days) the landscape is barren and it sort of messes with your hear. You spot a landmark and thing you will be there within say an hour and three hours later you seem no closer to it.
And cold, my god I have NEVER been so cold in my life. We camped at -15 c. We had to put our cameras, water bottles etc inside the sleepingbags with us to stop them from freezing. It was not a happy place I tell you.
From the distance it looks amazing, but on it, well I can honestly say was not one of the best experiences of my life, that said I am glad I have done it.
Now if you want the real 'wow' factor.....go do the Inca trail. A lot harder, but so much more rewarding!

Life isn't about how to survive the storm, but how to dance in the rain.
