I'm OK, have had issues with medication/pain control, but am well able to look after myself and do a modicum of housework. Fairly easy to become a hermit.

I have a very fine line between going stir crazy from inactivity, and doing too much so that I can't sleep for pain - but every day is a day nearer to getting on a bike again, going for a holiday in Ibiza - hopefully mid August - and going back to Luxor, hopefully mid winter.

Great to know you are on the mend MD. Keep us posted as to your progress
