All you need to do is to bring yourself
If we do not include weekend meals then the next soiree will be next Wednesday as it is someones birthday and I think I shall have a go at doing a Salmon En Croute with Pesto roasted vegetables in a puff pastry with a Lemon and fresh Basil Cream sauce. If I remember I will take some piccies and do a recipe as I go along

To follow I was thinking of doing a Creme Brulee using real Vanilla pods, fresh double cream and free range eggs.

Yesterday I did a mince beef & Pasta dish that turned out really good and the lot was scoffed, so nothing left to freeze I will see about putting the recipe up if anyone is interested.

Salmon done any way is always an excellent choice! Love it love it love it.

I like mince beef too. Used to make it for the girls often but I don't think I've made it for years...........

It is my friends birthday followed by mine at the weekend, Little Annie's is in April when she will be 2 years old, my how the time has flown.

I got a recipe from the internet yesterday.....Meatballs & Pasta with sauce the old fashioned way, I wonder if it's similar to your mince beef & pasta dish
