Horus, is that a joke? apple mint ? If you have any kindly put a bit in a plastic bag and envelope and post to me - thankyou. As for you LLL, BUYING wooden planters ? HUH ! - - so they dont have PALLETS in your country ? Well, well, well, so much for re-cycling

We have pallets BUT they're a premo product and are used for any number of projects around here. I'd be using 'em if I could beat out other to grab them but no such luck. They're used around here lots to make chicken coops and some of 'em are pretty darn good looking too.

No Jay, apple mint is for real

it tends to have a larger and wider leaf than other mint varieties, but it is the best one for mint sauce as I said ealier.

I believe I've seen Apple Mint (I think). Here (Canada) there is also Chocolate, a big variety of all the regular "mints" and I think recently I saw "Pineapple Mint" too.

Yep, there are a large variety of different mints, the problem is identiying each one, Spearmint is easy though and Peppermint

I've planted Mint a few times in containers that I then used to place around in areas that didn't typically get much attention. The mint grew green and from afar looked nice but didn't require any high level maintenance.
I like fresh mint crushed and thrown in with rice while cooking it.
