Believe it or not, I had this in Cairo prepared with lots of garlic in a soup! It tasted great . . . texture like a potato. So maybe I am more Egyptian than I thought, lol! Before I tried it, I was told "if you like Molokhia, then you probably will like oolass" . . . they must have been right!
