Today the Granddaughter had to go to Public Health to get immunizations before going to Kindergarten this September. I had one of the twins and the other Grandparents have the other.
Me and my twin grandson went to Parksville to the annual sand sculpting contest. The sculptures were just made over this past weekend and Judged although we each got a token to put into a box to determine which on the public liked.
These are some of the sculptures:
As we were going out they started spraying the sculptures. Apparently they spray them twice a day with a mixture of water and white glue which actually makes the surface of the sculpture quite hard. Lots of sculptures made by contestants from all over the world.

Actually honestly we did! IMO it was the BEST but the Judges judged it at #3 winner. Guys who did it were from Quebec.
The last photo got first prize - the turtle was interesting.

Re: Sand sand and more sand
At first I liked number three until I got to the last one which I sat and looked at for a very long time. I thought of all the human trash destroying the seas and a friend of mine known as Dr Turtles who I haven't seen for a very long time. Superb.
Smile! It confuses people
