Dont trust them LLL. call and pester or you will get nothing. In UK there was a spate of tack robberies. I had a small pony that was very good at jumping so had a tiny racing saddle made, lightweight, so he could win even more. This was stolen. When all the victims went to the police station to identify our goods my saddle had about 12 labels on FROM GREEDY LYING HORSE PEOPLE and no matter that I had a written RECEIPT from the saddler I NEVER HAD MY SADDLE BACK.
