Re: NO IDEA
Very pretty and must have been more than showy when all the flowers were out in full bloom.
Maybe because she is on a suitcase she is positioned somewhere in a park close to a Ferry terminal (?) Only guessing boat or ferry because I can see water in the back ground.
I googled "girl on a suitcase statue" and got this: http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/3668916
Whomever made this suitcase definitely put lots of attention into the details

Re: NO IDEA
We both got there via Google Kiya:
This wee statue of a girl going "doon the watter" on her holidays. Wee Annie Kempock sits at the pier head in Gourock at the mouth of the Clyde. see http://www.tenerifesforumoffun.com/t971 ... a-suitcase

Re: NO IDEA
Thank you folks, I never thought on Google this time, well I did but, thought if she was in Scotland I would have seen/heard of it by now.
Doon the watter is common phrase here in Scotland meaning we're going to the beach, in my case up here it's " Ower i watter" we say.
Thanks again
