MIXED FRUIT CAKE

Post by Kiya »

I was going to have a break from baking but couldn't resist doing this Mixed fruit cake topped with little sugar stars, saltana's & almond flakes.

It smells dilish!! cannot wait to get my teeth into this one ;) :)

I have to try & remember I only need a drop of icing colouring :o

Very artistic Kiya, I think you are right about the square plate, not that I have one anyway. The only time I would go to that length in fancy decoration is if I had burnt the top of the cake   looks very nice though :up

I remember the day of using food colouring and that stuff really does go a long way. One teeny tiny drop and everything can be green, red, yellow or blue for a long time.
