Got this from a friend who is in law enforcement. Makes good sense to me and I've done this (post the following to my FB page) as a 'just in case'.......As follows:

Easiest option, just leave FB.
I doubt if their Legal Eagles will loose any sleep over such comments and will no doubt have their case covered.

Awhile ago I did try to leave it but it is super hard to actually close out your account so now I only keep it open to see the latest photos from family...........am also sure the FB legal eagles would never bother with this - BUT never hurts to have put your own views forward.
