I grew up hearing Welsh accents all around me and quite a few Welsh phrases. My father was a miner from Glamorgan. We were always tucked up in bed with the saying " Good Night, God bless and Nos da".

The Father in Law was from Tonypandy, Wales although the Mother in Law was from Bolton, England. Tuzaboo (not necessarily spelled correctly by me - spelling it as it sounded) was used daily for everything from telling the cat to stop clawing the screen door to my daughter arguing with each other. He had a couple of other sayings but am not remembering them.
