Indeed I do, Horus! I also let the wok heat up before I put the oil in - and yes! I also let the oil get hot before the ingredients go in! The only consolation I give myself is that seeing Chinese people cooking it, theirs stick too, and they lift out a wok shaped rice crust at the end of the evening, break it up and sell it!

My rice sticks. Doesn't much matter what I do my rice sticks. I've given up trying to figure it out and just live with having to soak the wok in hot water soon as I get the food out of it.
