Lately, well for probably the past year now, I've taken up 'Juicing' which is grinding veggies and fruits into juice daily and 'drinking' a meal vs eating a meal.
I recently acquired "The Juicing Bible" and on reading it it has given me a few helpful hints re: nutrition
Parsley - Don't eat parsley if you have kidney problems and if you're pregnant you should limit your parsley intake to 2ml or 1/2 tsp per day.
Licorice - Don't take it if you have high blood pressure
The most surprising thing to me was that if you're experiencing problems with Sinus you should eliminate Bananas. The book doesn't explain the 'whys' of this (or maybe I haven't read that far yet) but I'd of never associated bananas as having an impact on sinus.
Overall I can say that juicing vegetables tastes super wonderful and is SOOOO healthy!
