Going to see this next week!! Yay can't wait :D

Danny Boyle's action adventure traces the true story of trapped hiker Aron Ralston's fight for survival. Setting out alone and telling no-one where he's going, Ralston (James Franco) begins a hiking expedition in the mountains of Utah. Young, and with a zest for life, he takes rock-climbing in his stride, fearing nothing, and with a permanent smile on his face. Soon after crossing paths with fellow hikers Kristi (Kate Mara) and Megan (Amber Tamblyn), however, Ralston becomes trapped in a remote canyon when a falling boulder crushes his arm. Over the following days, and with no-one to hear his calls, Ralston undergoes a gruelling fight for survival that tests his spirit to the limits, and ultimately decides whether he lives or dies

The documentary was superb. :)
I love that guys attitude and courage, and of course the miracle that was his rescue. Had he made the decision at any other time, either way he would have been a corpse..

(sorry to spoil the ending for those who have not seen the film)

Oh wow! Just been to see the film today......and, even if you know the story beforehand it will have you on the edge of your seat. Amazing filming, very credible, can recommend it - I did have to look away at one part though. Well worth seeing - along the lines of"Touching the void")

Saw the kings message is on also (about George 6th and his speech therapist) may go to see it sometime also.......

How interesting.

While trying to regain some server space today, I was examining the data that users store on their Home$ drive which is hosted on one of our Servers.

To my surprise, one of the director's had a copy of this film just siting there....

You will note the "past tense" reference to ownership in that last sentence.. 8)

I thought all the Royals had a speech impediment Jewel. ;)
Probably because they struggle with the English language we have here in the U.k.
