A Flash Player is any program that can play Flash files. Flash files include animation, video, interactive games, navigation components and even entire websites. When you browse the Web, you will come across Flash files regularly, and may not have been aware that a Flash Player was displaying it. The most common one is Adobe Flash Player, to check if you have it installed and up to date, click on this link and it should tell you if it is installed.

This is a link to the Adobe site and should be safe.
And don’t forget to
UN CHECK the box to “Install Google Chrome” unless you actually want it.
